In 2014, and then again in 2018, we passed a certification audit and earned our ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 9001:2016 certification. Since then, we have regularly undergone internal and recertification audits and have kept our certification valid.
The 9001 standards provide a quality management framework that can be used to deliver products and services that are unfailing in their quality. They are proof of our ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
And it’s not just our translation services that have been certified. We have gone down the same route with our project management.
The implementation of this system validates the quality of our processes and output. For you, the most important aspect of this is that you can rely on us to ensure that the translations we produce and deliver, and the entire process of handling your order, will conform to your expectations.
This assurance is made all the firmer by the fact that, in 2020, we chose to align ourselves with the ISO 17100 standard, which sets out the requirements of a quality management system specifically for translation services. Our subscription to this standard is a statement that our processes and resources meet the customer’s requirements and comply with the applicable regulatory and legislative stipulations.
